Requirements

You will need a GitHub account.
You must have git installed → Follow the instructions here.
You must have the yarn package manager installed → Follow the instructions here.
You need an IDE or code editor such as VSCode. In the examples below we will use VSCode.
You must be using the Google Chrome browser, and have a Solana wallet installed (we recommend the Phantom wallet. Check out this video if you need help installing Phantom!).
Currently, the Kafé protocol is running on Solana’s testnet. You will need to ensure that you connect to testnet ****in your Solana wallet and have at least 1 $KAFE token before proceeding. Contact an administrator on the Builder DAO Discord if you need $KAFE tokens for testing.
